Foremost a photographer, publishing first book in 2005 'The Silent Stage' a photojournalistic view of the former 'Royal' theatre in Hanley- this book has sold nearly 500 copies and is still selling.

Turned to writing short comedy stories with a local flavour in 2008 with the release of 'Sundays Oatcakes &Perry Como' - a collection of stories and poems again with a local flavour.

In 2010 Released book 'A Few Days by The Sea' - more comedy stories and a collection of poems

'Journeyman' (memories of a packers lad) - published 2011 - covering the authors 35 years working in the pottery industry- a very funny read, sold out almost immediately and re-print selling well.
