International Exhibition Arrives at Barewindow, Burslem
The latest artist to take the ‘Barewindow’ gallery space at 2-4 Market Place, Burslem, is Christopher Guest, 29 of Burslem, freelance artist and co-founder of Creative Arts North Staffs. He has exhibited internationally since graduating from a Fine Art Masters Degree at Staffordshire University in 2004.
A strong supporter of bringing art in the lives of everyday people, Christopher wanted to take the opportunity of exhibiting his display of obsessive drawings at the end of his solo exhibition ‘Unsteady Hands’ which toured galleries across the country during 2009. The original artwork is from Christopher’s collection of obsessional drawings using pen and ink.
Christopher is also currently exhibiting in a series of galleries in Chicago, USA and is working on solo exhibitions at the Gdansk Gallery in Poland and Manchester’s Corner House Gallery due to open later in the year. The Christopher Guest ‘Barewindow’ exhibition is running until 8th April, 2-4 Market Place, Burslem.
