An original large colourful mid 20th century oil painting of buildings, trees and figures on board in thick impasto style oil paint found at studio of Enos Lovatt.
Buildings and Tree with Figures is one of a series of paintings found in the Staffordshire studio of Enos Lovatt. It is one which is c1950s and framed as such. He would have painted this whilst at the Burslem School of Art as a student when he lived in rural Mow Cop, North Staffordshire prior to moving to London to study at The Royal College of Art in London in 1959.
Dated c.1950s.
