N207 Smoky Grey Pottery Shard Silver Necklace by Unearthed
Beautiful handmade silver necklace with ceramic shard found in Jackfield, Shropshire.
The ceramic shard was found along the edge of the River Severn in Jackfield, Shropshire. The ceramic shard is a lovely soft grey colour and features a platter border with flowers, buds and leaves in an Art Deco pattern. It was unearthed near to the Coalport Spode factory near to Ironbridge but the pattern has yet to be confirmed as to its originality.
The necklace includes a stone embellishment of smoky quartz beads which connects the shard to the sterling silver hammered loop, with a further piece of quartz to finish the silver extender which can be left to dangle down at the back of the neck.
The loose extender on the silver chain of the means you can fasten the length at various points along the chain giving a flexible wearing option on wearing.
This beautiful and unique necklace is made of recycled silver by Unearthed, an eco-friendly jewellery maker based in North Staffordshire.
Size: The necklace measures approx 21 inches long.
