A small group of dead looking trees are on the left. The figures, one female and one male, are wearing white laboratory coats and holding clip boards which they are writing on. The male is wearing safety glasses. They are standing over a model of a flood which fills the table top. A number of buildings and a road lined with bushes and trees are depicted surrounded by water.
