This is a largish square textured landscape. Painted in Acrylic in mainly blue colours. The horizon is set in the top 3rd of the canvas which is somewhat unusual, with a loosely painted stream/ravine that draws the eye to the centre of the horizon. .

Ged Mitchell, born Manchester 1956. Sandbach based for the last 25 years. Self taught with a career that stretches over 40 years. Works in Acrylic and watercolour, with a number of styles from the traditional to the very modern/abstract. Owns his own gallery in Alsager, The Artists Studio (aka The Cottage Gallery). .
