N195 Willow Border Silver Necklace by Unearthed
Beautiful handmade silver necklace with ceramic shard found in Middleport, Stoke on Trent.
The ceramic shard was found along the edge of the Trent and Mersey canal in Middleport. The ceramic shard depicts blue and white geometric design from the edge of a Willow Pattern. The Willow Pattern was invented as a romantic fable to help to boast sales. It shows a daughter of a wealthy Mandarin falling in love with her father's accountant and choosing love over fortune. It certainly worked as it is one of the most well known pottery designs all over the world.
The necklace is made of recycled silver by Unearthed, an eco-friendly jewellery maker based in North Staffordshire.
Size: The necklace measures approx 18 inches long.
Made in Stoke on Trent. Boxed with eco-friendly recyclable packaging.
