I enjoy the challenge of a self portrait. Here with my favourite tree on a walk nearby.

This is a charcoal self portrait with me in front of my favourite tree.
It is quite a dark drawing with lots of detail. The tree is added as though it is a framed picture behind the figure. The painting was shown in the RP exhibition at the Mall Galleries, London 2022.
