Have A Go Throw with Lorraine Bates at Middleport Pottery 2nd April 2016

On 2nd April 2016 the wonderful arts and crafts inspired potter Lorraine Bates will be running a FREE have a go THROW session as part of the BBC "Hey Clay" in conjunction with "Contemporary Craft Association".

This event is part of the ongoing event at Middleport "Barewall presents Midlands Potters Association at Middleport Pottery Exhibition on from 19th March to 24th April 2016".

We hope to see you there, and get messy with clay.

To have a go throw is free, while if you would like to keep the pot then a small charge will be payable for the firing. Your pot will be picked up later at Barewall Gallery in Burslem on the Sun 1st May or Mon 2nd of May during the Burslem Festival during the Staffordshire Day celebrations.

Lorraine Bates is also a member of The Midland Potters Association and some of her beautiful pewter and ceramic arts and crafts inspired art pottery is available to view and buy at the exhibition. Lorraine is also a regular artist at the Barewall Gallery in Burslem.
