Serpentine Gallery Exhibition Posters 2002 signed by Gilbert and George
A set of two original brand new mint condition signed exhibition posters by the famous British artist duo Gilbert and George from 2002.
Each poster is signed by both artists.
The posters are from an exhibition titled Dirty Words at the world famous London's Serpentine gallery in 2002 (6 June to 1 September)
The exhibition at the Serpentine in London's Hyde Park was curated from three separate show of works displayed in Amsterdam, Düsseldorf and New York in 1977 and in 1978.
A total of 26 artworks of Gilbert & George’s The Dirty Words Pictures, originally shown in 1977 were exhibited together at the Serpentine Gallery in 2002 for the first time.
They posters show the works in the exhibition called 'Are you Angry or Are you Boring?' and 'FUCK'.
The posters were originally bought in a batch from the Serpentine Gallery and have been stored in excellent unused condition never displayed ever since.

Framed Size approx. 110cm x 79cm
Framed in simple black thin woodgrain frame, simple white wood frame or simple light pine colour plain wooden frame with white mount.

For smaller items, we use a reliable 48 hr Royal Mail Tracked delivery service. Our in-house packing and postage fee for these items across the UK is £3.95 on orders under £35 GBP, and we currently offer free shipping on orders over £35 GBP.

To ensure the safe delivery of larger items and delicate ceramics, we use our trusted local postage and packing provider. The cost for this specialist tracked parcel service within the UK is £12.95.
Local Delivery (Stoke-on-Trent Area)
If you are based locally but unable to use our Click & Collect service, please contact the gallery. We can discuss alternative arrangements, such as delivering to you.
Alternatively, we can use our specialist art courier, which costs £12.95 for local delivery.
International Shipping
Yes, we regularly ship artwork abroad. We partner with a specialist art shipment company to ensure your work is professionally handled and fully insured for transit.
