Tunstall Tortillas is a photobook by Stoke-on-Trent-born award-winning photographer David Fletcher. It celebrates the unique cultural phenomenon of Staffordshire Oatcake shops in and around Stoke-on-Trent , including the owners, the customers and of course the oatcakes and their multifarious fillings. The title comes from Ode to the Oatcake by Arthur Berry - artist, poet and playwright from Stoke-on-Trent, whose centenary is being celebrated this year.
