Tunstall Tortillas is a photobook by Stoke-on-Trent-born award-winning photographer David Fletcher. It celebrates the unique cultural phenomenon of Staffordshire Oatcake shops in and around Stoke-on-Trent, including the owners, customers, and, of course, the oatcakes and their multifaceted fillings. The title comes from Ode to the Oatcake by Arthur Berry, artist, poet and playwright from Stoke-on-Trent, whose centenary is being celebrated this year.

December price £20 signed while stocks last, including during the official launch on 6th Dec in Burslem, when you can get your signed copy and meet the artist.

After December the price will increase to £25.
