This terrace street scene under a full Lunar moon shows the shimmery ice cold shimmer of a midnight late night freezing cold evening with street light and window lights reflecting the iced snow on wall tops, hard pavements and tiled rooftops.
The sky shimmers like a Northern light with colours of green, blue and yellow, an ice haze halo surrounds the moon, an electric shimmering view of the street beyond takes your eye deep into the painting and what might await beyond.
