Jack Simcock

Traditional Head and Bridge Oil Painting by Jack Simcock

Early traditional original oil painting of a Head with a Bridge scene by Jack Simcock 1956.

Signed Simcock '56. Oil on board.

The painting has some elements of the colour red in the painting which is rare for Jack's traditional paintings.

The base of an unfinished painting can be seen on the back of the board which looks like a rare street scene with houses and chimneys probably of a street scene of "The Potteries".

Size: 46cm x 30cm Framed.

Framed in original artist wooden frame with no glass.

This painting is likely to have been painted from his address and studio in Primitive Street, Mowcop.
