The location of the villages is to the north of the Potteries Stoke and before Leek in North Staffordshire. Based on the very borders of the city of Stoke-on-Trent, they are the start of the rural outskirts and are based in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
The villages are all bordering each other and provide a wealth of history with there rural stone buildings, historic pubs and halls, they follow the Cauldon Canal as well as the old Leek to Stoke railway line now disused. A fascinating and beautiful part of the country.
