AJ8 Layers of Light is an original mixed media abstract landscape by Angela James. Seen from a hilltop, rounded hills extend into an open view, their forms interpreted through vivid layers of blue, indigo, green and yellow. Seagulls fly in the distance.
The high viewpoint and contrasting colours give the countryside subject a sense of space and light. Its portrait format brings a colourful interpretation of rolling hills to a wall, offering a focal point for anyone drawn to abstracted landscapes.
The artwork is presented under glass with a white mount and a 2 cm square-edged white frame for wall display.
