Heritage and Art Books, Plays, Media and Posters

Dip into the sub-culture on offer by reading art history through our unique art book collection related to artists past and present connected to Barewall. Many of the art collection books are from artist estates found and donated to the gallery for sale, or books which relate to the area's collection of art and design books.

The collection includes found artist studio book collections, including art exhibition catalogues, plays and poetry. Some new titles are also available from local writers, artists, poets, playwrights and local publishers, as well as books, media produced relating to the Stoke School of artists, including Arthur Berry, George Mallilieu and Jack Simcock.

We also offer exhibition posters from the gallery, including past art shows and found art posters, which may interest collectors.
