Saggar Maker Ceramic Figures by Ian Tinsley Pottery

Hand made glazed ceramic sculpture of a 20th century pottery worker known as a Saggar Maker by Ian Tinsley.

Decorated with markings, and indentations into the clay and layering of clay over the surface to form the figurative sculpture. Glazed with turquoise aqua blue green rich crackle glaze. The saggar maker figure includes saggars with ware inside.
