Hand thrown hand incised decorated yellow vase by Agnete Hoy

High porcelain hand incised decorated bowl with yellow banana colour glaze, scrafitto marked to the base with number / bullers and makers markings. By famous ceramics designer Agnete Hoy (1914 - 2000).

Wheel thrown, light banana yellow glazed body with lighter thickness of glaze to the lip of the bowl and around the decoration to the outer sides.

Size: 5.5" diameter x 5.25" tall or 14cm x 13cm.

Base: Made in England By Bullers. Anita Hoy marking and number 186. Marked clearly and perfectly into the porcelain.

Made at Bullers of Milton in Stoke-on-Trent circa late 1940's.

Provenance: Beautifully and clearly marked base.
